The Double Life of a Designer and Administrator

My initial training was in drawing, illustration, and photography.
Over the years, I broadened my horizons to include retouching, desktop publishing, video, interior design, and industrial and advertising design.

From apprentice to entrepreneur: my career was built on a solid foundation and an early commitment to IT. I consolidated my reputation in the sector through radical adaptation and change management. A journey where artistic talent and business acumen went hand in hand.

brochures and posters

I designed brochures and posters, mastering composition and offset printing. My approach was to bring the client's idea to life and give it function.

anagrams

Anagrams were a showcase of my versatility, helping to create visual identities. My job was to distill the essence of a brand into a lasting symbol.

photograph

Photography was key to my training, along with graphic design. It was one of the essential techniques for staying in the industry. In the digital age, photography became fully integrated with drawing and composition as a foundation of the craft.

video

Although my primary work was design, my versatility allowed me to expand my work into other areas. Within the projects for provincial television, I actively participated in the production of fifteen commercials and several reports, such as those for Mevet and Actel. This experience required me to master new techniques, from scriptwriting and filming to video editing and the integration of 3D elements. It was an intense exercise in adaptation and applied creativity that demonstrated how my artistic and technical foundation is key in any audiovisual medium.

applied art

My career has been a constant battleground of techniques: from photography, 3D, and interior design to industrial design. Versatility was the norm. Today, that same spirit drives me to integrate AI, not as a replacement, but as a high-speed tool. Experience has taught me that technology changes, but the essence—the perspective, the criteria, and the applied function—remains intact.

awards

Throughout my career, I have received industry awards. I have been a finalist in international competitions such as the Diamond Award from "de Beers." Two illustrations have been recognized twice consecutively among the best illustrators in Spain, organized by FAD and Art Directors. I also received recognition from the San Miguel Fair in Lleida for creating five posters for the fair, although not an award itself. My design for the wrapper of Hals sugar-free candy, which is internationally recognized, is also noteworthy.
